Warranty and Product Compliance

We, NOVALIA SA S.R.L., from Brașov, Str. Narciselor, no. 50, registered at ORC Brașov with number J08/44/2008, Fiscal Code RO 23049178, assure, guarantee and declare under our responsibility, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 3, para. 1 of H.G. no. 305/2017, the regulation (EU) 2016/425 of March 9th regarding personal protective equipment and European amortized standards, that the products/services marketed by NOVALIA S.A. referenced in this statement do not endanger life, health, workplace safety, nor have a negative environmental impact, and comply with international standards in force and the technical standards and specifications of the manufacturers, in accordance with the technical notes and specifications in the online store novaliaromania.ro in force at the time of this declaration.

All products marketed by NOVALIA SA S.R.L. are covered by warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force in Romania at the time of their purchase (OUG no. 140/2021, OG21/92 amended in 2016, OG 21/19 amended, LAW 296/2004 and OG 9/2016).

The rights granted by law to the consumer are not affected by the warranty provided. The warranty covers only defects in materials or manufacturing. The warranty period starts from the date of sale and is 24 months.

The warranty does not cover:

• Defects caused by overloading, improper use or for purposes other than those specified in the product's technical manual, poor maintenance, or storage under inadequate conditions

• Products that have been modified or altered by the customer or unauthorized third parties.

Defects recognized as covered by the warranty will be replaced with a new product or, if applicable, repaired free of charge.

The buyer is obliged to transport and use the products in accordance with the recommendations and technical documentation.

For repair or replacement (as applicable), please send the product (by Fast Courier) whose non-compliance you have previously reported in writing by email to comercial@novalia.pro at the address: Str. Narciselor, no.50, Brașov, properly packed and with all accessories from the delivery set, accompanied by a copy of the Fiscal Invoice and the original Warranty Certificate. If the product is not accompanied by these documents, it will be returned to the Customer at their expense, without the warranty being resolved/solved.

Any complaint regarding quantity or defects must be reported within a maximum of 48 working hours, in writing by email to comercial@novalia.pro.
