Patented safety head: head produced through an additional forging operation = extended service life, no risk of chipping, and reduced mushrooming. 51SC7 silicon alloy steel with excellent mechanical properties. Can be fully resharpened for the life of the tool—extremely high striking efficiency. Forged tool for a longer service life. Hardened working area = aggressive and durable cutting edge. Hardness of the working area: 52–58 HrC. Epoxy coating, minimum 60 microns, oven-cured—exposed tip. Flat-edged grip area: better grip (does not spin in the hand).
