In order to assure an efficient work on soft materials the steel of the rasps is less loaded with carbon (0,45 %). At each casting MOB checks the chemical composition of the steels. Thanks to the hardening of the rasps MOB can guarantee a hardness of 53 HRC. MOB's rasps comply with the standard NF E 75 001-75 002. Cut type: the rasps are used to work soft materials like aluminium, lead, plastics or wood. Bi-material handle: polypropylene for more resistance and precision, flexible and comfortable elastomer that prevents sweating or the heating of the hand.
