Possibility of reporting to ANSPDCP
If your requests to NOVALIA SA have not been satisfied, you have the possibility to file a complaint with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing (Bulevardul General Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest 010336, tel: 031 805 9211), the supervisory authority responsible in Romania for compliance with personal data obligations.
